Made by Ferrari in Italy. Constructed in aluminium with Stainless Steel fruit baskets this well made press will press approximately 5.3kg of fruit per pressing. Suitable for fruit, vegetables, honeycomb and cheese. If using hard fruits like apples, or vegetables they need to be pulped before pressing.
