We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers by keeping the details that we collect completely confidential.
The information that we keep will be as follows:
- Name and address of customer
- Delivery address
- Order details
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
We will use these details for the purpose of processing your orders and for E-mailing information we feel may be of interest to you only. We will not pass your details to a third party. If you don’t wish to receive E-mails from us please advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not have a minimum order limit. However to maintain the low prices available in all our stores we have to charge a carriage on certain order values. Our charges have been kept simple:
Goods value shipping charge:
Order value up to - £64.99 postage charge £6.95
£65.00 and above POSTAGE FREE.
These charges apply to mainland U.K. only with the exceptions of the following postcodes:
AB31-38, AB40-56, BT, GY, HS, JE, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH4-50, ZE. also all off shore Islands and Northern Ireland. Carriage costs to these areas plus the rest of the world will be charged at cost and will be available on request.
For small orders we use Royal Mail and larger orders we use Interlink Express
Please note that we will not send by carrier any items of glassware nor are we permitted to despatch any gas cylinders. These items are only available either in any of our stores or within our own vehicle’s delivery area.
Should a special delivery time or arrangement be required we will be happy to quote.
We will despatch all orders promptly and deliveries should be expected within 3 days. All items listed are normally in stock at all times however in times of peak demand if an item is out of stock we will advise you of any delay.
We accept payment, via a secure method, of the following credit and debit cards:
We do not impose a charge or minimum transaction value on any card sale. We will not process the payment until the order is ready to be despatched.
If any goods are faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. We will replace the goods free of charge or issue a refund if preferred, provided the goods have been returned to ourselves.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices if needed. We will advise of any increases before processing the order. All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate. Our V.A.T. number is 713 0220 02.
