2917 Spraymalt

Using spraymalt will improve the quality of any beer kit when used in place of sugar. It will brew beers which are less 'dry' with more richness, body and improved head formation and retention.
Replace 50/50 with sugar in a beer kit - ie 500g sugar with 500g spraymalt in any beer kit which suggests using 1kg sugar. this recipe will dramatically improve the overall quality and flavour of the beer kit.
Or ubstitute 1kg of spraymalt for all the sugar recommended in the beer kit instructions. This will brew beer of the highest quality transforming and standard beer kit into a premium kit with a particulary high percentage of malt. You may use one pack of hopped spraymalt in place of a standard spraymalt in this recipe. When using this recipe we would recommend using a Muntons Gold yeast in place of the standard beer kit yeast due to the much higher malt content.
Yet another option is to use a pack of spraymalt in addition to the sugar in your beer kit. This will not only boost the malt flavour but also brew a stronger beer without destroying the beer's natural character. The beer brewed will be approximately 20% stronger than the standard recipe. Whichever recipe you choose, you can be sure of producing better beer than any standard kit at a very modest outlay.
