It will fit a barrel, fermenter and bucket. It will also do two demi-johns. Please note that if using on demi-johns then two must be used (if only one gallon of wine is being made then put by its side a second demi-john filled with water) to ensure that the wine is not overheated.
The Electrim 75 is suitable for use with all i gallon demijohns and 5 gallon fermenters.
It is factory set to maintain a liquid temperature of between 22-24deg C (71-75 deg F) but can be varied by the user via the adjustment knob.
The Electrim 75 comes fitted with a large rubber bung incorporating an airlock hole.
